The Gin Summer Breeze is one of our favs for a hot Summer day. It's crisp, refreshing, and lip smackin' good.
2 ozs botanical gin
1 oz tonic syrup (2 ozs for a slightly sweeter version)
Club soda
Pour the gin over ice, then layer in the tonic syrup. Top off with club soda (how much you pour depends on how much kick you want). Squeeze in fresh lime juice, and garnish with a lime wedge - no naked drinks here!
