Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain the original tags. Gift certificates / cards are not returnable or refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of the return.

Shipping:
We will provide the shipping address for your return upon receiving your return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we supplied the return label.

The time it takes for exchanged or replaced items will vary, depending on your shipping location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, for your protection you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund. SELF-SERVICE RETURNS

You can initiate a return request through your account. Here are the steps to request a return:

1) Log in to your account:

    1.1) In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    1.2) In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    1.3) Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2) Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3) If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4) Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5) Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, we will email return shipping instructions and a return shipping label. When we receive your return, if your refund meets our return policy above, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.
